Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and support management operations. This role is perfect for a highly organized and skilled professional who can manage both the bar floor and back-office tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar operations during shifts, ensuring team efficiency and excellent guest experience.

• Conduct inventory counts, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.

• Support the office/management team with administrative tasks related to bar operations.

• Train, coach, and supervise bar staff to maintain high standards.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and service regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations.

• Experience with inventory management and ordering.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
