We are looking for a Head Chef with a strong foundation in culinary leadership to take reins of a well-established, busy, profitable restaurant with a high profile. A successful Head Chef leads a successful team and owns the overall kitchen budget as well as implements innovative systems to increase revenue streams.  This position will be responsible for all aspects of managing and leading all kitchen personnel, ordering, food and labor cost management, creating relationships with vendors, collaborating on menu creation, daily specials and expediting.
