Head of Preschool at St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church & Preschool

Position Overview: The Head of Preschool is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preschool program, including curriculum development, staff supervision, family engagement, compliance with licensing regulations, and daily operations. This part-time position (20 hours per week) requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with faculty and the Preschool’s governing board on a professional level. The Head will also be responsible for presenting at quarterly budget meetings and maintaining sound financial stewardship of the program. The right candidate will serve as a vested community member, guiding young children and families with both love and spiritual care, while modeling professionalism in all interactions. The Head of Preschool represents the school not only as an administrator but also as a trusted presence within the broader community. The Head of Preschool must demonstrate integrity, discretion, and a character consistent with the preschool's mission and values.
