Position Overview This role leads the design and execution of talent development strategy for a multi-location hospitality and dining organization. You’ll build programs that elevate performance, strengthen leadership capabilities, and support a consistently high-quality guest experience. As the organization continues to grow, your work will directly influence how teams show up, collaborate, and deliver excellence across all locations. Working within the People & Culture function, you will oversee learning and development initiatives for a diverse, service-driven workforce. You’ll guide a small team and partner closely with senior leadership to align all development efforts with organizational priorities—ensuring employees have the skills, confidence, and advancement pathways they need to thrive. What You Bring You are a strategic HR or organizational development leader with significant experience designing training and talent programs. You understand how people development directly impacts service quality, operational consistency, and business outcomes. Your approach blends creativity with data-driven rigor, enabling you to craft scalable learning solutions that meet the fast-paced demands of the hospitality and restaurant environment. You excel at collaboration, communication, and influencing leaders at every level. You’re energized by coaching others, strengthening culture through development, and building programs that support both frontline employees and future leaders. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in training, learning, or talent development Background in HR, organizational development, or a related discipline Experience working in hospitality, food service, or multi-unit operations strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into effective development strategies Excellent facilitation, presentation, and leadership engagement skills Strong proficiency with learning technologies, measurement tools, and data-driven program design Ability to partner collaboratively across departments and guide teams toward shared outcomes Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range: $140,000–$170,000 Eligibility for performance-based incentives Unlimited paid time off Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision) Life and disability coverage Employee assistance resources Retirement plan with company match Employee perks and dining-related benefits About the Organization The company is known for its commitment to people, culture, and exceptional hospitality.
