Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales and Renewal Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities while managing policy renewals to maintain strong client relationships and maximize retention. The ideal candidate is skilled in consultative selling, understands insurance products, and is passionate about helping clients find the right coverage solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and close new sales opportunities through warm leads, referrals, and client outreach.
- Manage and process insurance policy renewals to ensure accuracy, competitiveness, and continued coverage.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and personalized policy recommendations.
- Educate clients on product options, policy enhancements, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of all client communications and policy updates in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and retention goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience from sale to renewal.
Qualifications:
- Active health insurance license (Florida or Non-resident).
- Proven experience in insurance sales, renewals, or customer account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- CRM proficiency and strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping clients protect what matters most.
