What You’ll Do

• Manage Medicare/Medicaid billing and collections with accuracy and compliance.

• Support residents and families with billing questions to enhance their experience.

• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, trust accounts, and data entry.

• Partner with leadership to drive financial clarity and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in long-term care or senior living.

• Medicare/Medicaid billing and healthcare collections expertise.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork mindset.

• Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience highly valued.
