Job Description
As a Healthcare Recruiter at ArchCare Senior Life (PACE), you will be instrumental in attracting and sourcing skilled healthcare professionals who provide personalized compassionate care to seniors.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen applicants, verify licenses, and assess competencies to ensure compliance and suitability.
Collect all applicant documentation in accordance with regulatory and legal requirements.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and refer top applicants to hiring managers based on hiring criteria.
Create talent pipelines by networking, attending job fairs, and building partnerships with nursing schools and other educational institutions.
Maintain applicant database and ensure timely updates in accordance with HR practices.
Prepare offer letters and coordinate medical clearance for selected candidates.
Provide regular updates to management on open positions and recruitment progress.
Build strong working relationships with staff and leadership to support recruitment goals.
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal stakeholders and external applicants.
Act as a trusted advisor and recruitment partner across departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Experience Requirements - Three years’ experience in a recruiting role; healthcare setting required.
