Role Description
Both Positions: full-time remote role for a Healthcare Sales Specialist and a Government/SLE/GSA Sales Specialist. Responsible for nationwide sales in your sector, identifying and developing new business opportunities. Ability to hit the ground running. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, building relationships with potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and closing sales. The individual will also maintain client accounts, address customer needs, monitor service delivery, and achieve sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to understand service offerings and develop strategies is also an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, especially in the healthcare or Government/SLED sectors, with proven language services industry experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and provide customized service solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare or Government industry operations applicable to language interpretation services.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Industry-based, unlimited scale based on your sales.
