Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of lien files which involves rating the permanent disability under the AMA guides, reviewing medical records, understanding apportionment, completing settlement documents, and resolving liens
- Performing lien negotiations and legal representations
- Appearing before a judge for Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Status Conferences, and Walking Thru settlements
- Providing timely communication with clients and written summaries on a routine basis
Qualifications:
- Three years of experience working as a Hearing Representative in California Workers' Compensation Defense (Required)
- Knowledge of CA Workers' Compensation law
- Highly motivated, results-driven, high energy, and a sense of urgency
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to outstanding customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision
- Client-focused, with the ability to deliver results

- $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
