Overview:
This is an amazing opportunity for a manufacturing worker to earn $16.00 to $18.00 hourly on 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Plus, radically affordable health insurance after 30 days.
- $16.00 to $16.40 hourly depending on shift
- Overtime available
- 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift

What you'll do as: Heat Treat Operator
- Perform basic manufacturing operations
- Detect causes for production quality problems
- Remedy production quality problems
- Report problems to supervisor
- Be able to find problems
- Constant process improvement
- Lifting 3 to 30 pounds
- Stand 2/3 of the shift
- Reaching and Lifting
Skills and Experience:
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Manufacturing experience
- Safety equipment knowledge
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must have knowledge of basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Excellent close up vision is a must
- Heat treat experience a plus
- Maintenance experience a plus
