Job Description

A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist to provide high-level support for a Department of Defense Travel contract.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide assistance to DoD personnel on the use of the Defense Travel System (DTS) and related policiesDevelop and maintain project documentation, including manuals and training materialsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer-specific operating systems and applications, managing the lifecycle of trouble ticketsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree or equivalent technical training with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceAbility to obtain a Favorable Public Trust (CoPT) determination and hold U.S. citizenshipDemonstrated technical proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking systemsExperience in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer systemsCommitment to continuous learning and training to support evolving DoD travel systems
