Hematology-Oncology physician employment in Montana : Locums Hematology/Oncology Billings, Montana Coverage Dates: ASAP March 15, 2026Type: Locum Tenens | Full-Time Preferred (Minimum 2 Weeks/Month Considered) Position Overview Schedule: Clinic + Weekday Call Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch; 8.5-hour day) Weekend Call: 24-hour call coverage Coverage Need: 4 weeks per month preferred Setting: Clinic and Hospital FTE: 1.0 EMR: Cerner Trauma Level: I, III Clinical Expectations Manage both hematology and solid tumor cases Perform admissions and follow-ups as needed 20-minute call response time required Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams Weekend coverage includes both call and inpatient responsibilities Support Staff APP coverage available in both hospital and clinic Nurse Navigator support Supportive and Palliative Care team Onsite Radiation Oncology and Infusion Center Requirements Board Certified / Board Eligible Required Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology Required Active BLS Certification Required Active Montana License Preferred Trauma Experience (Level I or III) Preferred Referral Bonus Know someone who may be a fit?
