This is a solo provider role supported by an experienced mid-level provider and clinical team. The position focuses on outpatient services only no inpatient consults or rounding required. The physician will provide comprehensive Hematology and Oncology care, including diagnosis, staging, treatment, and symptom management, while overseeing Infusion Center operations. Practice Details Setting: Outpatient Clinic FTE: 1.0 Duties Include: Diagnosis, staging, and treatment of Hematology/Oncology patients Oversight of Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Center Symptom management and precision medicine application On-site supervision during infusions Infusion Services Include: Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Blood/Platelet Transfusions Hormone and Antibiotic Therapy Rheumatoid Arthritis Injections Therapeutic Phlebotomies Average Daily Census: 1521 patients (shared between MD and NP; 75% on MD schedule) Call: 24/7 coverage each week (~5 calls per day; remote only) Technology / Systems Clinic EMR: iKnowmed Infusion EMR: Cerner Support Staff 1 Clinic RN 2 Medical Assistants 2 Front Office Clerks 1 Quality Analyst/Billing 3 Infusion RNs 1 NP (MF 8a5p; covers infusions Fridays and occasional Friday appointments) Requirements Board Certification: Hematology and Oncology Preferred Will consider Board Eligible or Oncology OR Hematology certified physicians License: Active California State License Required Fellowship: Medical Oncology Fellowship Required Certifications: CA DEA Required BLS if (reb2b.invoked) return;reb2b.invoked = true;reb2b.methods = ["identify", "collect"]; reb2b.factory = function (method) {return function () {var args = Array.prototype.slice.call(arguments); args.unshift(method);reb2b.push(args);return reb2b;};}; for (var i = 0; i Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
