HIM Specialist at TEKsystems

*TekSystems is hiring a HIM Specialist for a healthcare system in Evansville, IN!*
*Job Description*

* Prepping, scanning, indexing, retrieval of documents, reconciliation of accounts, answering phones, and other duties related to health information management.
* The technician performs clerical/technical duties associated with medical records processes and procedures.
* This includes the retrieval, preparation, scanning, quality review and indexing of paper documents.
*Must Have Skills & Qualifications*
- Must have 1-2 years of experience in Medical Records
- Must have experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Outlok, Word)
- Must be detailed oriented, organized, work at a steady pace, good memorization of information, and time management
*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.
