Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Hospice marketing - Liaison. This position will be responsible for building relationships to promote and educate communities about hospice care services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating referrals, supporting healthcare providers and families, and ensuring a seamless admission process for patients. The role will also involve engaging in community outreach and facilitating communication between clinical teams and referring physicians or agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hospice Care, End-of-Life Care, and Palliative Care
- Strong skills in Sales and the ability to build relationships with referral sources
- Knowledge of Home Care services or related care models
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work independently while managing tasks remotely
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or similar roles is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred but not necessary
