Hospital Employed Urgent Care Opportunity in Ohio - $200k Medical School Loan Repayment! at Southern Ohio Medical Center

OPPORTUNITY: Hospital employed Urgent Care opportunity in West Union, OH. The facility consists of both Urgent Care and Family Practice and will be open 7 days/wk, 8am-8pm. COMPENSATION: Option #1: Base salary of $284,835* (50%tile MGMA for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience, guaranteed for 2 years. Can be switched to a wRVU production contract when exceeding target. Option #2: Base salary of $353,950* (75%tile MGMA) guaranteed for one year and then switched to a wRVU production contract. 2-year contract also includes: Vacation: 232 hours PTO.
