Women’s Care, a physician-led organization, is expanding our established Women’s Health Hospitalists program across premier hospital locations in the Tampa Bay area. Hospitalist Program Overview Physicians are employed directly with the hospitalists program On average 7, 24-hour shifts per month to achieve full-time employment status No call - enjoy a work-life balance The Women’s Care physician staff provides back-up coverage when needed Comprehensive Benefits Health/Medical/Dental Company paid malpractice 401(k) plan with employer contribution $3,500 CME Allowance Qualifications / Requirements: MD/DO 3 Years of Practice Experience Unrestricted State Medical License Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG) Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility BLS About the Opportunity: The Ob/Gyn Hospitalist Program at Women’s Care provides 24-hour obstetrical and gynecological coverage at hospitals in the Tampa and surrounding areas. Our physicians enjoy working hard when they are working and being completely off when they are not. Absolutely no call responsibilities! This is an employed opportunity, so you are benefits eligible for health/dental/vision insurance, retirement vestment and CME stipend…all while only working 7, 24-hour shifts per month.
