A New Mediterranean restaurant opened in January 2025, bringing a vibrant Mediterranean dining experience to Manhattan. We are committed to offering an unforgettable dining experience, featuring authentic flavors and warm hospitality. Seeking experienced and passionate individuals that can make our guests feel extra special. We are looking to add a hospitality focused Service Manager to the team as we enter the busy season!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the GM and Owners to manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service across all areas of the restaurant.
- Assist the GM and events coordinator with planning and execution of events
- Enhance guest satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, menu updates/ printing, etc.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing, and company policies.
- Operating as Manager-on-duty when the GM is not in the building.
Qualifications:
-Able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs (Weekends, nights and holiday availability required)
-Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Problem solving skills.
-Familiarity with Resy and Toast
-Interest in Mediterranean wine is a plus
-Prior work experience as a floor manager preferred but not required!
