Job Description
Job Summary
As a Host, you will provide a warm, friendly, and immediate greeting to guests at the door, as well as those calling the restaurant. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
● Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
● Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
● Seating guests at tables and assigning them to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
● Engaging with guests to ensure they’re happy with food and service
● Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
● Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
● Active TABC certification required
● Excellent customer service and people skills required
● Strong verbal and written communication skills required
● High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
● Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
● Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff

Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
