Host at Lucky Tiger - New York City

We are a vibrant, high-energy cocktail bar and restaurant in New York City, known for our exceptional service, lively atmosphere, and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. We’re seeking a polished and personable Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team.

The Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will warmly welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth service and an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.

• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality

• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable (experience required)

• Communicate effectively with the service and management teams regarding guest flow

• Maintain a tidy and welcoming entrance area

• Assist with phone inquiries and reservation confirmations

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Previous NYC experience as a Host/Hostess in a cocktail bar or restaurant

• Proficiency with OpenTable is required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
