Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Greeting guests as they enter, and putting them on a waiting list as necessary
Providing guests with menus and answering any initial questions
Seating guests at tables and assigning them to tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Active TABC and ServSafe certification required
Excellent customer service and people skills required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
