Hiring now for the Winter 2025-2026 season: This winter, Marea brings its signature coastal Italian cuisine and world-class hospitality to the mountains with an exclusive pop-up at The Snow Lodge, located at The St. Regis Aspen Resort. A collaboration between two icons of culture, cuisine, and style, the Marea x Snow Lodge residency captures the best of both worlds — the spirit of the Italian seaside and the soul of Aspen’s alpine allure.

Host / Hostess Responsibilities include:
- Greet upon arrival and interact with guests in a professional, warm and courteous manner and develop guest relationships
- Navigate reservations platform and client database proficiently
- Exhibit knowledge of Marea’s menus, culinary style and concept, reservations policies, operating hours, and other facts about the restaurants and be able to address common guest inquiries
- Handle various guest interactions, including but not limited to reservations, confirmation calls, guest reservation requests, and pick-up/delivery requests
- Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards
Host / Hostess Requirements include:
- Substantive host and reservationist experience preferred
- Genuine passion for restaurant hospitality and service
- Energetic and friendly personality, with strong willingness and ability to work as part of a cohesive team and to support colleagues regardless of role, and a positive communication style
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
- Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
- Flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs

Compensation: $20-25/hour, based on experience
