F&B Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
F&B Manager Qualifications:
- Two or more years of management experience, preferably in a full service or boutique hotel
- Experience in Task Force assignments and new hotel openings is helpful
- Being bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Decent experience with cocktails and spirits.
F&B Manager Benefits
- A base salary of $62 to $66K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential
- 2 weeks of PTO.
