HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY to work with great residentsin a non-violent setting in a residential 4 bedroom home. Asuccessful HOUSE LEAD will be primarily on AM shift but also helpstaff PM and Overnight shifts as needed.

WE are growing and willbe opening new locations in Rice Lake this Spring!

* AM SHIFT (7am-3pm)

*PMSHIFT (3pm-11pm)

*OVERNIGHT SHIFT(11pm-7am)

We are looking for a demonstratedleader to support our already successful team of caring andprofessional staff at our Minong location.

This position will enjoy collaboration and support from ourMinong and Hayward staff and location as well as leadership,support and training locally.

The House Leadposition requires, above all, building and maintaining a personcentered environment for staff and residents. As a Lead you willpromote a clean and healthy environment while creating a positiveenvironment for our residents and staff.

Thecandidate will also be responsible for assisting Management inmeeting high standards in the areas of facilitation and managingall activities and functions of ARCH of Minong home. Together wewill ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policiesand procedures, resident care and supervision of employees.

Supervises: DSP/ Direct Support Professionals,Caregivers, elders care, PCW, Caregiver, House Lead, Management,supervisor.

Qualifications:
*Experience in a supervisory position or qualified experiencepreferred but not required.
* Experience in the HealthCare field such as Assistant Living, Long Term Care, Home Healthcare preferred but not required.
* Demonstrated abilityto motivate and lead employees to promote teamwork and a positiveworkplace.

* Ability to schedule and managestaff schedules.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must beable to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high/lowpositions, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit on chairs and floorlevel surfaces, climb stairs, and use hands and fingers and otherphysical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities:
* Displays an attitude ofcourtesy and respect for all residents, families and staff andrepresents ARCH in a professional manner.
* Responsiblefor Ordering medications, including PRN and OTC House Medications.Checking for expired and discontinued medications and properlydisposing them per Policy and Procedure Book. Following up withPharmacy to make sure the correct Medications are Listed on the MARand and upcoming MARS are filed in the MAR Book

* Responsible for making sure we have copies of all formsneeded on a daily basis.

* Manage and directstaff scheduling.
* Ensures accurate record keeping/auditing as per regulatory guidelines* MARs, Checklists, Charting,etc.

* Provides ongoing follow up andfeedback to employees concerning performance. MARs, Checklists,Charting, maintains Log, tracking errors and deficiencies

* Maintains continuous/open communication withstaff and supervisor regarding problems, Ideas, suggestions andmethods to improve quality of care.

*Demonstrates commitment and provides leadership through personalexample, goes above and beyond.

* Sets cleargoals and expectations for employees and follows up with supportand disciplinary action if needed.

* Takesinitiative to check on quality of care employees are providing, onall shifts and days, not limited to documentation. (In person Spotchecks)

* Demonstrates ability to motivate co-workersand employees provides praise recognition and incentives for highperformance and creates a positive work environment.

* Demonstrates ability to maintain professionalboundaries with employees and residents

*Demonstrates support of supervisor and organizational goals, takesinitiative to come up with new ideas and ways for growth.

* Promotes effective use of fiscal resources
* Maintains a detailed list of supplies, groceries, needed forefficient operation of facility
* Assist Administratorensuring all employees receive mandatory training * Monthly CEU’s,Fire drills, etc. and supports the professional development ofemployees

* Takes initiative to incorporatenew training ideas as needs arise.

*Demonstrates flexibility with schedules by filling in on shifts asneeded for sick calls, vacations and emergency situations. Works onschedules with staff to make sure we have coverage.

* Other Duties as assigned by Administrator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
