Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise housekeeping team members and ensure the cleanliness of the facility to maintain our culture of high standards and enhance the guest experience.

What will you do?- Hire and manage all room, house, and public area team members; provide training to team members regularly; identify areas of improvement and efficiency
- Ensure that stay-over and vacant attendant service is consistently performed by room attendants
- Inspect all assigned guest rooms to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Demonstrate proper use of cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces
- Handle cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- One year of housekeeping supervisor experience at a resort or hotel required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- No college degree required
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing of stairs, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, and carrying; use of hands to operate cleaning equipment and complete scrubbing/washing duties
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity sufficient to inspect the cleanliness of rooms and surfaces
