About the Position 

We are looking for a Housing & Facilities Director to join our team at our Administrative Office in Medford or our Portland Service Center in Portland, Oregon! The Housing & Facilities Director will provide strategic oversight of two programs: the Housing & Fleet Department, ensuring that property management responsibilities and operational systems effectively support program needs, and the Facilities Department, ensuring that operations and maintenance services are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the organization's objectives. The Housing & Facilities Director will have the ability to manage complex projects with a high degree of independence. In addition, they will have excellent interpersonal, collaboration, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.


ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. 


Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

 

What Youll Make

$7,050 - $9,166.66 per month DOE/Credentials.

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).


What Youll Need

  • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties of the position
  • THREE - FIVE (3-5) YEARS of progressive experience in facilities oversight, project management, or a related field

 

Driving is an essential function of this position. Successful applicants must provide a valid driver's license from their state of residence or obtain and submit one within 30 days of hire, maintain a safe driving record, and have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. 


Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
