Job Details:Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Housing Services Coordinator in University Housing.

Required: A Master’s degree and experience responding to behavioral issues with strong leadership and administrative skills.
Preferred: Professional experience in a university or college student housing setting, including live-in/live-on duties as well as crisis response. Prior direct supervision of student para-professional staff, key/access control and customer service desk experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:· Manage desk operations in providing exceptional, frontline, customer service to all constituents.· Monitor and enforce key and access control safety and security protocols.· Supervise, train, evaluate, and support student staff.· Serve on a 24/7 administrator on call and support staff rotation responding to self-harm, title IX, and other behavioral and facilities related concerns.· Schedule student staff and support summer program operations (camps, conferences, and orientations).
Student Services Program Coordinator II (CB70/61122879/FTE-S01093P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 05. Salary range: $39,764.00 (minimum) – $56,670.00 (midpoint). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university.

Competence in primary computer applications, database management, and attention to detail in administrative responsibilities.
