Title: Human Resources Business Partner - Commercial
Hybrid Location: Boston, MA

Position Summary:
A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR professional to join their team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a trusted advisor to a designated commercial business unit, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role is responsible for employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and the execution of HR programs that foster a high-performing, inclusive culture. The HRBP will collaborate with cross-functional HR teams and business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness.
  • Support organizational changes, talent deployment, and workforce planning.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and employee relations matters.
  • Advise on conduct, performance issues, and compliance with employment law and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with Legal when necessary.
  • Support talent review and succession planning processes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR operations, employee relations, and business partnering.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday preferred); strong Excel/data analysis skills.

Education and Experience:
•1 YR. of experience in a technical role in the medical device/pharma/biotech industry
•Bachelor's degree
•Computer proficiency
