Human Resources Business Partner
Moorpark, CA | Full-Time | $93,000 - $98,000 annually
Seeking an experienced and bilingual Human Resources Business Partner to join our client's team in Moorpark, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, supporting employee engagement, and driving organizational success in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. You'll collaborate with managers to attract and retain top talent, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
What You'll Do

Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals

Manage recruiting, assessment, and selection processes for multiple roles

Support employee relations, investigations, and performance improvement plans

Coordinate required government and compliance reporting (EEO-1, VET100, OFCCP, etc.)

Track and analyze key HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and cost-per-hire

Support Paycom system administration and help optimize performance review processes

Collaborate with training teams to identify development opportunities for employees

Participate in new hire orientation and onboarding activities
What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field (preferred)

5+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR business partner experience
-
PHR/SPHR certification preferred

3+ years of supervisory experience

Knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS systems a plus

Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

Bilingual in Spanish required

Ability to travel up to 20%
