HR Generalist at F1 Technical Solutions, Inc.

Our direct client in Jacksonville, Fl, has an immediate need for a fulltime HR Generalist that will lead into management. This will be a hybrid work environment. Candidate will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level, supporting the VP of HR. Ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities.Support compensation administration, annual reviews, and policy updates. Lead or support HR projects such as employee engagement, training, and process improvements. Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a multi-state environment. Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO, etc.). Experience in managing employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
