                            Title: HR Lead 
Location: West Columbia, SC
Hire Type: Contract to Hire 
Benefits: Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, and more! 
Pay: $23 per hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
The Lead 3 is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and HR-related support on 3rd shift. This role combines hands-on floor presence with key HR Generalist duties, ensuring smooth operations, addressing employee concerns, managing attendance issues, and supporting supervisors with timekeeping and workforce coordination.
Job Duties:
- Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to employees during the shift.
 - Offer regular feedback on individual and team performance through both formal and informal evaluations.
 - Work closely with shift supervisors to resolve employee relations issues, including attendance, conduct, and performance.
 - Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment by maintaining visibility and engagement on the production floor.
 - Support supervisors in applying company policies fairly and consistently.
 
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive HR issues professionally.
 - Working knowledge of timekeeping systems and attendance management.
 - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
