TRC is looking for an HR Manager for our client in Hiram, GA!
 
 
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within a manufacturing environment. 
 
Job Details: 
Location: Hiram, GA 
Pay: $75K+
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
  • BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Ability to maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
