Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000/yr.
Key Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll, including benefit deductions for bi-weekly pay runs.
- Serve as benefits coordinator and reconcile insurance invoices.
- Assist accounting and HR teams with related administrative functions.
- Manage employee training and certification requirements; schedule, track, and verify completion.
- Handle safety compliance, including subcontractor verification and DISA client requirements.
- Oversee ISN data management and ensure all pre-deployment training verifications are complete for customer sites.
Qualifications: Must have experience with HR, payroll, safety, ISNetworld, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
