Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst – Workforce Management (WFM) serves asthe primary subject matter expert supporting UKG WorkforceManagement modules—including time and attendance, scheduling, andanalytics. This role is responsible for system configuration,maintenance, data integrity, and process improvement to ensure anoptimal user experience for employees, managers, and HRstakeholders.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and maintain UKG WFM modules(timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, attestation). Supportregression testing, upgrades, and new featurerollouts.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, andbusiness units to identify system and process improvements thatenhance workforce efficiency andaccuracy.
  • Create and maintain custom reportsand dashboards for insights, time tracking, and laboranalysis.
  • Manage and troubleshoot dataintegrations between UKG WFM and UKG Pro.
  • Serveas Tier 2/3 escalation support for system issues; collaborate withUKG support as needed.
  • Maintain documentationfor system configurations, processes, and standard operatingprocedures.
  • Ensure system configurations alignwith federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as companypolicies.
  • Develop and deliver trainingmaterials and communication for end users and HRpartners.

Experienceand Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, InformationTechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with HRISsystems, preferably in an HRIS Specialist, HR Analyst, or HRISAdministrator role.
  • Experience with dataanalysis, reporting, and HR process automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP,advanced formulas), and other data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree ofaccuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks andmeet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hold oneself accountable and responsible while beingself-driven in accomplishing goals.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills at all levels tocommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersarticulately.
  • Ability to work collaborativelywith cross-functional teams.
  • Ability tologically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, findinconsistencies and errors in work, and solve complexproblems.
  • Ability to provide timely andempathetic service through all communication channels keeping peerand customer needs first.
  • Proficiency usingMicrosoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and/orAccess).
  • Must be legally authorized to work inthe country of employment without sponsorship for employment visastatus (e.g., H1B status).

Additional Requirements:

  • UKG Workforce Managementexperience.
  • Excellent organization, timemanagement, accuracy, and follow-upskills.
  • Strong customer serviceorientation.
  • Ability to manage sensitive andconfidential information.
  • Ability to handle ahigh-volume workload and manage multipleprojects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strongdrive to create a positive workenvironment.
  • Must be legally authorized to workin the country of employment withoutsponsorship.

PreferredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, orCertifications:

  • Experience in HR or talent acquisitionroles.
  • Experience with timekeeping, scheduling,and accrual modules.
  • HRIPcertification.

TravelRequirements:

  • Occasional overnight travel required (1–10%).Additional location considerations may apply.

PhysicalRequirements:

  • Normaloffice environment.
  • Performs indoor work in aclimate-controlled environment.
  • Sedentarywork. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or anegligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry,push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
