Job Description

Hunter Hamilton is seeking two detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistants to support our client's HR team with critical end-of-year tasks. If you're highly organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy tactical administrative work, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced HR environment while earning weekly pay and temporary benefits. This role is temporary estimated to last possibly to the end of the year.

What You'll Do

  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and data entry tasks

  • Maintain accurate tracking of work progress and documentation in Excel spreadsheets

  • Assist with HR record updates, organization, and processing tasks

  • Utilize various systems, tools, and databases to complete assigned projects

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all tasks

  • Provide general administrative support as needed to help the team meet deadlines

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable performing high-volume, tactical administrative work

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data entry, tracking)

  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and able to navigate multiple systems

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Prior HR or administrative experience a plus, but not required
