In this role you will: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records including electronic records on our PEO platform. Collaborate with Director of Human Resources to develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics such as conflict resolution, harassment prevention, and communication skills. Serves as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, including but not limited to conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and disciplinary actions. Collaborates with the organization's PEO and applicable TPA to administer employee insurance programs including but not limited to, life, disability, and health insurance plans along with organizations 401K plan. Assist employees with Oasis Timekeeping (OTK) management for accurate timekeeping to ensure successful payrolls. Administers all aspects of payroll from timecard exports into the PEO system to ensure accurate payroll including but no limited to, worked hours, direct deposit activation, benefits, and tax deductions, along with confirming new hires active for applicable first payroll. Responsible for posting and maintaining job vacancies and advertisement processes on job boards and ensuring accurate and timely workflow through Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Schedules prescreening items with potential candidates and manages next steps once results are ready to view. Collaborate with hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying start dates, and other pertinent details to ensure a successful onboarding. Collaborate with other HR staff with various initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement and organizational development projects. Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with employees. Other duties that may be assigned. Role Qualifications / Skills / Abilities Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field preferred. At least three (3) years in employee relations, Human Resources, or related role. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Valid driver's license required Efficiently operates assigned computer software and other equipment including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Benefits Competitive Compensation Annual Vacation and Sick leave Medical, Dental, Vision with additional ancillary options 401K Holidays
