Human Resources (HR) Specialist - Hybrid | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at Three Paths Logistics LLC

The HR Specialist will support day-to-day human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with an Amazon DSP or in a fast-paced logistics/delivery environment.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

• Handle HR-related inquiries and provide guidance to managers and team members.

• Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and scheduling as needed.

• Develop and maintain HR reports and performance tracking tools.

• Foster a positive and professional workplace culture aligned with company values.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory).

• Experience working with an Amazon DSP (Delivery Service Partner) required.

• 2+ years of experience in HR or related administrative role preferred.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency with HRIS, Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
