Human Resources Coordinator (Temp) at San Francisco Health Plan
Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator (Temp) will provide administrative support in all HR functions. You will collaborate with different team members to complete tasks such as reporting, data entry, and interview scheduling.
This is a four to six month assignment with the possibility of extending. You are able to work remotely or in our Downtown San Francisco office.
Pay rate: $35 to $37 per hour
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Process and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for new hire orientation, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and processing new hire paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics, including turnover rates and employee engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or other related area; or equivalent work experience. Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) desired.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to priority changes.
