Human Resources Generalist

Excellent opportunity for a human resource generalist with a international company associated in the healthcare industry. focused on performing duties at the professional level in benefits, compensation, learning and development, performance management, worker’s compensation, and employee recognition. This is a hybrid working position.

Essential Functions

· Acts as an employee relations specialist - Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions

· Maintains employee personnel files

· Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding employees

· Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; periodically audits Forms I-9

· Talent Management – partners with leadership to drive employee performance, ensures performance metrics and communications occur on a consistent basis

· Updates, monitors and maintains eligible salary adjustments/increases based on three- and six-month and one-year evaluations.

· Promote/implement HR programs to foster a Best Place to Work Culture

Required Education and Experience

· Bachelor's degree or the equivalent years of experience. Experience in the administration of benefits and employee relations.

· Human resource experience in this industry.

· 5+ years generalist experience or benefits specialist experience

· PHR, SCP SHRM Certification
