Human Resources Manager - $40/hr+ - Washington, DC at Beacon Hill

Our client, a law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary to permanent Human Resources Manager to join their team! If have 10 years of HR experience within a law firm, apply today!

About the Job:

• Partner with the benefits team, identify training needs, and proactively revise programs.
• Coach staff on any human resource-related issues and document all incidents.
• Support performance evaluations, bonus programs, and daily coaching.
• Manage firm culture and maintain an environment of trust and empowerment.
• Other duties and special projects as required to support HR objectives.

About You:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required; A post-graduate degree is a plus!
• 10+ years of HR Manager or Generalist experience in a law firm or professional services firm required for this role
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Able to respond quickly to changing priorities and efficiently solve problems.
• Exercises strong decision-making skills with the upmost discretion and confidentiality.

About the Position:

• $40/hr-$70/hr, depending on experience.
• Potential for this position to become permanent.
• If converted to permanent, $110k-$170k, depending on experience.
• Onsite 4 days/week in Washington, DC.
• Metro accessible office!
