Position Overview
The HVAC Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within the HVAC sector. This role includes promoting HVAC systems and services, ensuring client satisfaction, and providing technical support to customers while maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing energy efficiency solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HVAC needs.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets in the HVAC market.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of HVAC products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to provide customers with accurate information regarding installations and service agreements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot client issues related to HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on building codes and energy efficiency regulations affecting HVAC installations and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure successful implementation of HVAC solutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on client retention.
  • Technical proficiency in HVAC installation and service agreements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Understanding of energy efficiency practices and building codes in the HVAC sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-making.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
