*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team and provide top-notch installation and service in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and the efficient operation of HVAC systems.*Duties** Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting on a variety of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration equipment.* Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.* Repair or replace defective components, such as motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and electrical wiring.* Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, wiring, and associated equipment, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.* Collaborate with clients to explain repair and maintenance needs, provide cost estimates, and offer recommendations for system improvements.* Maintain accurate and organized records of service calls, work performed, and parts used for each job.* Stay updated on industry advancements, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and training opportunities.* Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment for both technicians and clients.* Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and clients to coordinate schedules, discuss technical issues, and provide updates on job progress.* Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and offering guidance on HVAC system usage and maintenance.*Requirements** High school diploma or equivalent; completion of HVAC technical training program or relevant certification is preferred.* Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and operation.* Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.* Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety practices.* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently or as part of a team.* Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment and components safely.* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* EPA certification for handling refrigerants is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Company truck* Dental insurance* Fuel card* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Retirement plan* Tools provided* Vision insuranceExperience:* HVAC/R: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* NATE Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
