Currently we are looking for a HVAC Senior Sales Technician to join our team! We have PLENTY of opportunity YEAR-ROUND!
Three years minimum experience required

What it requires from you:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
- Must be willing to train and assist new technician
- Help to maintain the positive work environment that is our culture

- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image with our clients
- Provide exceptional customer service while on the job site and gain 5 star reviews

- Must be able to follow directions and work independently

- Experience with customer service, sales, and electrical is a huge plus and transfers well into this entry level position.
