The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience, hold a valid EPA certification and drivers license with a clean driving record. This position requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently for residential and light commercial customers. We offer great benefits, including a retirement plan, health insurance, and paid holidays!*Responsibilities:*- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment for residential and light commercial clients.- Perform in-depth system analysis to identify issues such as refrigerant leaks, faulty thermostats, blocked air ducts, and malfunctioning components.-Repair or replace faulty parts, including compressors, fans, motors, coils, and filters.-Ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner, minimizing downtime for customers.*Qualifications: *-2 years of experience working with HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)- EPA Certification- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- A passion for delivering excellent customer service-Strong communication skills and a friendly attitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planWork Location: On the road
