HVAC Technician at MCP HVAC

We provide installation, service, maintenance, and indoor air quality comfort solutions to our customers.As we continue our projected growth this year, we are currently looking for a FULL TIME HVAC Lead Technician to install and service residential HVAC equipment.Keeping up with the latest technologies and equipment regulations - we provide the best HVAC residential comfort solutions!The primary function of the HVAC Lead Technician is to diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of HVAC experience- Must have experience installing Gas boilers, Gas furnaces, mini-splits, gas piping and other HVAC systems.- Must have a good understanding of low and high voltage wiring.- Ability to independently diagnose and repair Gas boilers, Gas furnaces, mini-splits and other HVAC systems.· Ability to perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls.· Ability to diagnose and resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.· Ability to communicate with customers to resolve equipment issues.· Insurable by company insurance carrier· Valid driver's license (Must be 18 years or older)· Able to communicate in the English language both verbally and in writing.· Participate in Company meetings as necessary.· Must be able to take direction from Lead workers and Supervisors.· Ability to report to work on time each workday.· Ability to adhere to company dress code.· Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.· Ability to accurately complete timecard daily.· Ability to complete mathematical calculations correctly.· Ability to follow directions given, both verbally and in writing· Ability to comply with all safety rules.· Ability to carry 100lbs overhead with assistance.· Ability to unload and load truck as needed.· Ability to unload and stock supplies and equipment in warehouse.· Ability to restock truck with proper level of supplies daily.Job Type: Full-time------------------------------------------------------------------Pay range: $95000,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (including on call pay, lunch allowance and hourly rate based on 40h a week)Hourly pay range - $38 to $45 based on experienceSales commission service tickets : 2% - 5%Sales commission on new installs or replacements : 3%-------------------------------------------------------------------Benefits:- Dental insurance 100% paid- Employee discounts- Flexible schedule- Health insurance 100% paid- Paid time off - 80 Hours a year- Professional development assistance - paid classes- Referral program- On-call paid time daily rate- Paid holidays- Performance bonuses- Technician can work either 4 - 10 Hour shifts or 5 - 8 Hour shifts during the weekSchedule:· Monday to Friday· On call rotation· Weekend availability· Year-round workSupplemental pay types:· Bonus pays.· Tips· On call pay· Food allowance ($18.75 per 10 hour day)Experience:· 5+ years HVAC Lead Technician (Required)License/Certification:· Driver's License (Required)· NFPA 54 Gas License - Service· EPA 608· Other certifications are a plusWork Location: On the roadJob Type: Full-timePay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) 3% Match* 401(k) matching* Company truck* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Fuel card* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement plan* Tools provided* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: On the road
