Hybrid Remote - Controller Controller

Position Overview
The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations. This role is critical in driving the financial strategy while managing the accounting team to achieve operational excellence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
Coordinate and prepare the monthly financial close process
Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with department heads
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
Implement and maintain financial controls and compliance procedures
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors
Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management
Monitor cash flow and financial performance, adjusting forecasts as necessary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA or CMA certification preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
