???? About the Firm

Career Staffing Talent (CST) has partnered with a fast-growing, client-focused start-up law firm serving the Louisville metro area, with a dual focus on immigration and personal injury law. Their mission is to deliver compassionate, strategic representation to individuals and families—especially within Kentucky’s Spanish-speaking community—navigating life-changing legal matters.

Due to growing caseloads, the firm is seeking a motivated, bilingual attorney ready to make an immediate impact and grow within a supportive, mentorship-driven private-practice environment.

????️‍⚖️ Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for a current or former State Attorney, Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney, or recent law school graduate who’s eager to apply their courtroom experience and advocacy skills in a client-oriented private practice.

You’ll join a collaborative team that values initiative, empathy, and professional growth—and receive direct mentorship from experienced immigration and personal injury litigators.

⚖️ Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in immigration cases (asylum, family petitions, naturalization, removal defense, and related proceedings).
  • Manage personal injury claims from intake to resolution (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and develop litigation strategies.
  • Appear in state and immigration courts and administrative hearings.
  • Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients—primarily in Spanish.
  • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and firm leadership to ensure top-tier client service.

✅ Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed (or eligible for admission) to practice law in Kentucky.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong oral advocacy and writing skills.
  • Prior courtroom, public-sector, or clinic experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to immigrant and underserved communities.

???? Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience).
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Opportunity for rapid advancement and caseload autonomy.

???? Why Join Us

This is your chance to bridge public service and private practice, bringing meaningful advocacy to clients who truly need it. You’ll work alongside a mission-driven team that values both impact and balance, with real opportunities to grow your skills and your career.
