Job Description
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager to oversee client implementations and coordinate operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of multiple client implementations, including communication and transition managementProvide support to Sales and Client Success teams during the implementation process and maintain client communicationDocument business requirements, manage project plans, and conduct post-implementation reviewsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare IT implementationStrong understanding of PBM industry practices, processes, and regulationsProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday, Microsoft Project, JIRA)PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus
