Housekeeping Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years housekeeping experience in a resort, luxury/full-service hotel, or private club
- Ability to take initiative, identifying needs and opportunities with minimal oversight
- Excellent guest service and passion for hospitality
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team
- Naturally positive demeanor and energetic approach to work
Housekeeping Manager Duties:
- Coach and develop a team of housekeeping associates, including hiring, scheduling, and training
- Develop and implement department SOPs and training initiatives
- Oversee, audit, and inspect the work of housekeeping associates
- Manage inventory and implement cost-saving controls
- Investigate and rectify all housekeeping concerns reported by members and guests
Housekeeper Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary ($68K-$75K) plus bonus
