- California State Bar membership.
 - J.D. from an accredited law school.
 - At least three years experience as a Personal Injury Defense Attorney.
 - Case management, interviewing witnesses, written discovery, depositions of lay and expert witnesses, defending clients at deposition, mediation and settlement conferences, and communicating with and responding to clients and adjusters.
 - Law and motion experience, including discovery and dispositive motions.
